Dielco Industrial Contractors is a full-service specialty contractor primarily with millwrighting, pipefitting, ironworkers and fabrication. We work throughout southwestern Ontario with our main office in London ON. We are a 100% family owned company with a desire for growth. We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and experienced Office Administrator Assistant to join our team in London, Ontario.

This position requires an individual who has professional verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload. Must have good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Simple Accounting and Outlook. The hours of work for this position are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am – 3:15pm.

Specific duties and responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones
  • General reception duties
  • Post accounts payable and reconcile to packing slips
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with preparing and sending invoices
  • Receivables and collections
  • Payables and checks


  • Minimum three years’ experience in a similar position
  • Excel, Word, Outlook, Simple Accounting experience
  • Works well as part of team
  • Ability to follow instruction and work with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail a must
